Since my paint is faded and scratched to hell, I decided to paint the Jeep desert tan... (yes, I'm in GA and it'll stick out, blah blah blah, but OD green is played out, and tan hides dirt better)... I'm gonna trim the fenders and do the rear quarters, grill, bumpers, and lower body line (below doors) in bedliner.
Going to pick up some paint, primer, an assload of masking tape, and sandpaper soon.
wish me luck!

If you'd like. I figure I need a whole day or two just to mask everything off. I'm doing the door jams as well
in the end, I'd like for it to look something like this:
(the color, not the XJ itself)

Guess I should update this...
Got my CB installed with a 4' firestik. I also did a little mall crawling earlier in the week to test the stock, saggy *** suspension with the sway bars on. Didn't flex for ****.

Haven't done anything lately, except wash it. Started buying materials for the paint job. Trimming the fenders and removing all the trim and badging this week sometime.
Also, I probably need to do a tuneup and check everything over real good. No reason why I'm getting 12-14 mpg highway on stock suspension and 30s...
Got a big surprise on the way though

I hate being ADD
Deciding if I wanna go with a 3" lift and 35's, cut, bumpstop, and stretch the rear a couple inches. Probably just go ahead and do the lift, then when I have money for gears, the 35's will go on. I do a lot of highway driving so I don't wanna even think about 35's on stock gearing.
We'll see what happens.

No updates at all lol. I bought Will's sliders and thats about it. Need more money for parts but I've spent all my extra cash and time on deer hunting. No time for the Jeep until after new years.
