Nothing major lately. Got the 2" BB on until I get my full lift kit pieced together (gonna be awhile). Also got the front tow hooks and rock sliders installed.

Selling my tires for $400 to some guy with a samurai, and buying 31x10.50 BFG AT's. Should only cost me $50 or so since I get them at cost. The MT's are loud as hell and ride like ***, not to mention how horrible they are in the rain. I drive 70 miles round-trip every single day, so the AT's should be much better for on road use.

Deciding if I should buy a winch/bumper first, or some small things like armor/HD tie rod/exhaust/snorkel, etc.

 

Small stuff gets my vote. Winch can only do you so much good if you bend a tie rod or slam down on a t case cause you don't have a skid.

did a little bit of metal removal, all new front brakes, put on some 15x8 Soft 8's ,and ordered my new exhaust from performance curve.
