Went to the jeep jamboree in Ohio this weekend and got to play on some real rocks for the first time!!!

I'M IMPRESSED. I don't want to work that hard. Of course, that is why your jeep would go places mine wouldn't. Good Job

 

Thanks man, it isn't bad, I love putting the time into my jeep, it makes me aware of it's all around condition and when it comes time to hit the trails or just the 45 minute drive to school I always know that it's in good shape and ready to go, before to long I should be doing some more to it, just been busy lately

 

Took a trip the the mountains for a weekend with friends, no cellphone service and no paved roads for awhile. It was a blast!



(No I didn't go around the gate I just played on the rocks next to it)

Cut some of the expanded metal out before work today since I was off from school, and i got a text while I was at work, a special surprise I ordered finally came in, more pics later!!!!

 

And my latest purchase:















A Poison Spyder Bombshell diff cover for my D30, last time I played on the big rocks I chipped my stock cover, needless to say I don't think that will be a problem anymore

 

Replaced my clock spring today, wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.



Also replaced my negative cable and battery harness cause the old stock one was all rounded out and nasty.

 

No truck at work so we gad the day off today. so i spent some much needed time focusing on making some progress on a few of my projects I have going!

Started to Learn to weld and got all the corner braces in and two of panels of expanded metal in, two more to go...



Also, I got a coat of primer on my Poison Spyder Bombshell D30 diff cover!



Then!!! To add the chery to my jeep filled day my Flowmaster super 40 series came in!!!

 

Got paint on my diff.

 

Most of the frame to my rack is all welded up, a few more tacks on the expanded metal to the outer frame. Then I am gonna create some mounts
