And yes I already have the single shear.
Getting the headers because my manifold has been cracked for awhile. Probably do the head gasket while I'm down there.

Welp was helping newkindofclown the other day. And when I went to move my xj the water pump blew. Shaft was bent and pulley was side ways. I got all the parts and the repair was pretty self explanatory. Hardest part was scraping of the old gasket lol. Then I found out that then little pipe (heater bypass tube) that connects to the pump is different for a renix and cannot be found at a parts store. Eventually got the old one off and finished the repair.

Wow just read through my whole build. Has me really upset right now. I love barney more than anything in the world. But hes not down yet. I will be buying a dd xj, and in due time barney will become a trail rig. Ill try and still update the thread. But for now its come to a grinding halt.

Well I'm not making a seperate build thread for the new Xj.
But its a 1999
Red 2 door five speed.
up front a bent 30
And a 29 spline in the rear
Basically its getting both of barneys axles, And it will be road worthy.
As for barney I'm going to do a 4.5" lift with either 33s or 35s.

So fuel rail was damaged so a fellow member has shipped me new one today. And another member is giving me stock springs so Barney's should be rolling soon.
