Ok here are some updates....
Took the silly looking mudflaps off the rear bumperets...

Bye bye to these....

Then Installed this.....

sorry for crap photos.. but using cell ph..lost my camera !!! ???
The current position of this filter is not in its finished state....I want to protect the ram filter a little better...
Now you can see the pic below with the cumbersome, yet protective filter system... its got the main box that houses the filter and the pre filter, the flat bit that actully is upside down for the purpose of the pic...

Now the pic below you can see the lower Air Box which is very deep... Im inteneding to modify this a little to house and protect the Pod Filter.. but will stay open on the top... will also place a cold air tube into this box to draw some air into it...notice the square cutout on the front of it.... just not sure where to plumb this yet, but there is a decent size gap just next to the rad/left head light that I may be able to use...

Also this is the picture below is a shot of the front end... these are the current King Springs and the steering damper... I may now just go fo 2"spacers rather than go full new front springs on the lift kit im getting.... I found an invoice in the glove box that shows they were put in 14mths ago, so am getting new longer shocks and a add a leaf for the rear with the spacers this will give the jeep a good 3" lift...from Rubicon.
Im surprised how clean it is underneath... the dealer did not Black spray eveywhere as they normally do, so it shows the original state of the chassis and parts, which are all in excellent condidtion...

Yea its very similar to OME... but they are known as King Springs over here in Assie land...there a H/Duty set only on standard height.
Going to order the lift soon just need to get the cash together...
also have finished the mod on the Pod/ram filter... I have decided to utilise the original Aior box this keeps things legal and protects the filter, the Airbox has an opening on the front that lets air in just behind the left H/Lifgt assembly...just got to watch for water ingestion.

Did a bit of modifying of the front ARB bar... the IPF spot lights are rather large... and stop a bit of ram air... to the rad, the air would hit the lights and bounce straight up and over the bar/bonnet, not very good ????.. so I removed the mid section tube bar where the lights originally were mounted to... and fitted the spotties directly to the bar....by lowering them to this position more air hits the front of the radiator...
before ....

after....

OK bit of an update...
Will be ordering my Maxxis Bighorn mud terrains next week .... similar to these... 31inch.

Have also been looking at getting the exsessive heat build up out of the engine bay...
looking at getting one of these... from Reflexxion Automotive Steel Cowl Induction Hood... For 84-01 Jeep Cherokee XJ ...
Due to its design, at low speeds it vents the hot air out and over the windscreen...at higher speeds it sucks air into the vent that steams over the bonnet. The hot air is pushed down through the engine bay inchr the car.. there is similar products that sees a temp drop of aprox 20 deg F.. so with the ram air pushing through the rad and the effect of the induction hood this will help greatly... Its made of steel and looks like it uses the original jeep inner skin of the bonnet with a new profile skin (steel) stamped on top.

or go for this type of install below of vents, though am worried about the rain, would need to put in drip pans...
