Default Arctic edition cherokee

Okay Im starting a new build thread for my Jeep. So I will start over with all the things I've done.
I started with a stock 1991 jeep cherokee that we bought for 150$. We bought it not hearing run we took a quick look at the messy jeep and took it. We went to pick it and started it right up with a quick jump. The transmission was slipping a little but made it all the way home. The trans cooler line was leaking so a new hose clamp and hose it was rolling and running smooth.
Here's a list in order of what's been done.

-trans line fix
-3" rough country aal lift kit
-used 30x9.50r15 good year mtr's (old style) on a set of black 15x8 d windows
-custom front bumper
-thermostat
-upper radiator hose
-water pump
-Sony deck and 4 Polk dxi5.25 speakers
-custom sway bar disconnects
-Hella 500ff lights
-new 31x10.5r15 Kelly safari tsr m/t tires
-fan clutch
-redid the headliner (no more sagging) and visors
-2" coil spacer and shackle
-used stock engine skid plate
-cheap rubber mat bump stops
-used rustys flex flares
-used jks quick disconnects (homemade ones suck)
-new black diamond shocks
-new crown extended brake lines
-snow board rack
-pinion yoke seal rear axle
-stickers

That's the list for now I'm planning on doing and none of these are in any specific order.

-drilling a new hole for the track bar
-control arm drop
-t-case drop
-control arms
-rock rails
-rear bumper reinforcement with tire carrier (tire carriers already built
-skid plate for bumper and light hoop
-paint the hood and cowl satin black
-paint all the trim satin black
-tint the windows
-t-case skid
-gas tank skid
-2 Hella 500 fogs
-tail light head light and marker signals tinted black
-rockers painted satin black
-oil pan gasket repair
-headlight harness
-ZJ pitman arm and tie rod
-diff guards
-arctic edition decals

That's my plans for now also I'm not sure about the picture quality since I'm taking them all on my iPod and posting them with my iPod but if quality of the pictures are crappy i will try to get them with a real camera.

went to the pick n pull Saturday and bought control arms and drops a while back.

The gas tank skid I got at the yard for 20$ found it laying on the ground under a Cherokee so I didn't have to touch a wrench. And the control arms I got used for 200$, they are rough country upper adjustable and fixed lowers and a drop bracket. I'm just waiting for a good weekend to put it all on.

I got a new plastic cowl piece the old one was broken. Only 5$ at a pick n pull

Yeah 45mph and the hood flipping up is no fun I had to bend my hood up a little bit and pull the hood hinges out some now it opens fine just a little dented. Gonna fix most the body work next year in a autobody class

good score on the parts, I would looking to score an adjustable track bar instead of re-drilling, I know a lot of guys have done it but just getting the adjustable one now be better cuz you never know when you might find the parts to up another inch or two

I've already got the budget boost on the 3" lift and I like the lift size for the 31's. I will redrill just cause it works and when I can afford to get a iro track bar I'll do that and weld the hole back up. I just barely have 180$ left for this jeep and need to start getting money

Found ya this on ebay, give it another few months and there will be a lot of stuff from china on ebay for the arctic.

as for the gauges, I own a focus and spend a lot of time on focus forums and there was a guy on there that made custom gauges with a graffiti themed background and he said it only cost like 8 bucks and did it all at home. I cant remember how he did it but I will look for the thread and if I find it I will post back here.

Cant find the focusfanatics.com thread but I found these, I think its basically what he did.

and I did this in photoshop real fast. I have a psd of the little yeti guy that I cut out (pain in the butt!) if you want the psd file I can email it. Just a quick idea of what it might look like if somebody did it on a cherokee

Nothing too realistic, but it gives you a good idea

EDIT: Also, I figure if you are going for the look of the arctic, maybe some lights like this would look good. Only projector style lights for your year cherokee I have ever seen. http://images.channeladvisor.com/Sel.../LHP7X6JM2.jpg
