Well it's just a 110v flux lincoln welder pack. It's my dads but I'm welding everything at school I wouldn't use it for a bumper but I'm sure it would work. I welded the tabs on with a dual shield Lincoln and I welded the other parts with a mig. I found out that dual shield is probably the best one to use.

My friend got his moms chevy cobalt stuck on the side of the road on a dirt road in 6" of snow. My friend went to help him in his Nissan truck with no strap and used 2 tie downs. He broke one and the car slid into him breaking the cars tail light and smashing the nissans fender into the door. They left it over night and I went up with the right stuff that I carry in my jeep and got him down with no damages and saved him 675$ for a tow.

So I've decided I will be selling my 4 wheeler for 2,000$ to pay for parts on my jeep.

Got more done on my jeep. I would have had it 99% done if all 4 of the drill batteries weren't dead. Should be there tomorrow then it just needs paint.

I'm done with the tire rack. I'm going to paint it when the weather gets better.

So the rack is mostly done. I just need to add paint and the end caps need to be put back on.

Yeah I was surprised at how quick it came out. I'm finding that the support isn't enough and it wiggles a little so I'm going to be adding a bottom support that swings too. Heres a drawing.

So today I've been working on my new zj tie rod. I'm painting it now. Then I have new boots to put on it and then regrease. I went to mount logan off road and will be getting a tapered sleeve for my tie rod flip sometime Monday.

Next weekend I may be able to get the knuckle drilled for the tapered sleeve to flip the tie rod.

and I did this in photoshop real fast. I have a psd of the little yeti guy that I cut out (pain in the butt!) if you want the psd file I can email it. Just a quick idea of what it might look like if somebody did it on a cherokee

Nothing too realistic, but it gives you a good idea

EDIT: Also, I figure if you are going for the look of the arctic, maybe some lights like this would look good. Only projector style lights for your year cherokee I have ever seen. http://images.channeladvisor.com/Sel.../LHP7X6JM2.jpg
I've been not so sure on the gauges seems like a Lot of work because of the speed and gauge marks. But I saw some where you can scan it to your computer and do it. I may end up taking that paper part out of a junk yard gauge cluster and then scan it. The hard part will be the photoshopping.
Then I am thinking about the autopal h4 headlights with a wiring harness and laying a piece of tint film over it that way If the cause a problem being tinted I won't have to switch them out.
For badges I'll do a decal cause it's cheaper and I can get it the size I want it. And I want to see about how I can put the badge on the seat covers when I change the interior to black.

Got my tire carrier brace on finally. Now it's real solid and even looks better. I'll get pictures tomorrow when it's light out.
