Install a catch can between the breather outlet and the air box. You can buy them, or for only a few bucks, you can make one. There are tons of videos on YouTube. Look it up and do that.
There's 2 reasons I say this.
1. It's cleaner for the trails and your car.
Blowing oil all over your frame is just messy.
2. It will give you an idea of how much oil you're actually using. And will let you know if the piston rings are just a little worn, or if its time for a rebuild.
I was sure it was blow by or cracked valve guide or something. it burns it decently quick, still has plenty of power for what im doing. Will look into the catch can

I re-torqued the head and the rockers last night, PO replaced head gsaket and I wasnt sure if i trusted him or his tools. They were all under torqued. Torqued them to 110 ft lbs and the one that goes into the forward left one to 100ft lbs

This may help your blow-by.

As for tube door latches, is it possible to use a spring loaded pin and just drill a striker hole on the B pillar?
I know there's a few threads in the fabrication section. You could try there if you're looking to make your own.
