changed the oil again today and ran some seafoam deep creep through the throttle body and directly into the cylinders through the spark plug holes. Still not running right and threw some codes so I went to Autozone to see what I had going on. I got PO171 and PO505. 171 being fuel trim bank one condition so one bank is running lean or rich. I'm not sure which but when I pulled the plugs they were pretty dark in color so if I remember right that would be rich right? I need to check the MAF, O2 sensor, and I might have a misfire or injector problem. 505 Idle speed higher or lower than expected so I either have a vacuum leak somewhere, a dirty throttle body, defective IAC, or just a poor connection to the IAC. I can't wait to get this damn thing fixed so I can just drive it again. After basic and when I can have a car at school I'm going to get a ZJ and build that up as a new DD. I think the body on this one is almost too far gone to repair. Plus I want something more comfortable to drive.

Well I guess I should have figured it couldn't be the easy solution of it just being the sending unit that got messed up. I'm getting the exact same readings from a mechanical gauge. So now my options are the oil pump itself right? Or is there another option?

I don't know if that link works but its the eBay snorkel from china for 150. Do I do it now or do I start collecting parts for the stroker instead? Decisions decisions

The only reason I'm even hesitating on it is that im pretty sure my rings and or bearings are shot since she's smoking pretty bad right at start up and if I get on the throttle so I'm not sure how long it will last if I don't rebuild it right away.
