So UPDATE

Found out I couldnt re-gear my axles at school (we didnt have the right tools) so I went and picked up a HP dana 30 from a 98 XJ. So after selling my old axle for 120. I have a new HP with no problems for 160. So tomarrow im taking it to my school and cleaning it, getting new oil in it. maybe get a SOLID diff cover for it im not sure.

Pictures of my new (old) dana 30

Got the axle installed half way...LCA's, UCS's tracbar, tierod all on. Got the toe set on the axle pretty close. I will do an alighment at school on monday. Still bleeding my front calipers (I had to get new ones). Also still have to put on my new draglink, swaybar, and torque everything down.

This steering is BEFFY 1/4th inch wall tubing DOM.

Also took this time to make some hockey puck bumpstops

All cleaned up

Installed

All put back together and back on the road...No vibes from that Front axle..Sterring is BEEFY no more bump steer...however there is a dead spot so im gonna have to work on shimming the tierod or some sort of fix for that. Other than that the brakes still are a little spongey so I will work on that tomarrow too...

Easy, 6 Bolts. Your just gonna need a pitman army puller (you can rent them from an auto parts store). then just get an alighnment and your good.

Actually no Due to the T style there is a quite the deadspot..however its no worse slack then was in my Stock steering...so im happy with it but I will have to mess with it a bit more to minimize the dead spot.

Did you ever get rid of the dead spot in your steering? I got mine on and its kinda a pain to drive with. Also what tracbar you using with it?
