I was asking about the stock FJ80 arms. I thought you were running those with the D30 until I went back and read over it and looked at the pics again. That 3 link looks like its gonna flex nice!

Got some small things done today.

Built the case mount for the cables:

Mounted it to the case and ran cables to check clearence:

Also made the levers for the twin sticks. As you can see, they are mounted in the stock TC lever bucket. I cut the bottom of it out, made some spacers and cut out the lower pieces from 1/4" steel plate.

And oh yea...Stainless Steel levers baby!!!

Once I get them bent like I want them they'll get some nice *****.

got a few things done today.

cut the upper control arm axle mount and welded it on and started making the frame mount for the upper arm. I've still got some bracing/support to do on it, but its getting there. Should have it sitting on its own weight with the front springs tomorrow.

finished up the upper link mount and got it installed. Now the jeep is sitting on all 4's.

finished the crossmember on Sunday afternoon.

Its 2x4 tube, 3/16 wall. drilled some holes, welded some tubes in it, angled and capped the ends, and its ready to bolt up. I'll bend up some tube and get some plate and build a tranny skid and a TC skid.

got started on the track bar mount but this is as far as I got. Probably finish it in the morning.

Here is a shot of the new departure angle. Much better than it was. It will be better after I cut off the reciver hitch part thats sticking out.
