I just picked up a 1999 xj, with a 4.5" short arm rough country lift, and I just purchased the rough country quick disconnect kit for it. I'm new to the jeep world so I'm not sure where to take my next step to. please help. thanks

The bumper looks to be a Four Real Steel bumper.

It looks like one of your first thing to do should be to purchase at least one tire.

for sure the long arm kit, locking diffs, maybe a more heavy duty axel. probably gonna swap out the intake, and throttle body spacer.
