Nice to see a build going. Loved the old one. Looks like some good head way on the new one too!

All done with the Cut & Fold and now time to get the bumper on a roll, I just need to pick up the spindle for the tire swing and then it's game on.
Gonna check out Jeeptubes.com, I heard they have a pretty good kit.

Good job on everything bro. Thank you for your service. I served in the Marine Corps from 2000-2008. Also an Iraq Vet. Keep up the good work. Also, when you cut and folded the quarter panel how did you seal up the bottom? If im not mistaken, if you cut that then you actually gst into the inside of the jeep right.

Welcome Home Brother, glad to have served with you. I've been serving since 01 and have 9 more to go.

Yup, you sure are basically inside the cargo area there. I sealed it up with some automotive sealant from AZ both inside and out to make sure I had not open areas. I'll be rhino lining the entire area mañana after the caulk dries. Should do just fine I think.

Do you have a pipe bender or did you have someone make that?

We had this left over from another bumper that we chopped up. It was from a swing down tire carrier of a TJ that was completely changed so I managed to use certain pieces to my advantage. My buddy has a bender that he has not setup yet so we are looking forward to making our own bends.
