Got the lights mounted and wired up last night. I mounted the switch in the overhead console, but I forgot to get pics of it, I will do that tonight.

It is looking real good man. Were you TIG welding the bumper. it turned out awesome and i'll bet it is alot lighter than most.

Its all TIG welded. And not that weight is all that improtant in a bumper, but yes its pretty damn light, 25lbs lol

Here's how I mounted the switches, two of them will be for lights on the roof rack.

When I bought this jeep it came with a set of rockers on it. There was a fair amount of rust, causing the paint to chip off. I sanded them down and recoated them with bedliner, and added a bit of a custom touch. here's how they turned out.

did you weld them on, or just use the bolts? what are those 3/8"?

I just used the bolts, yea 3/8. But it really doesn't seem very strong. I'm considering welding them, but just not looking forward to cutting them off when they get banged up

I wouldn't build an aluminum winch bumper... But besides that I'm pretty confident that it's much stronger than the stock bumper.

Rear bumper is coming next. There shouldn't be any strength skeptics there, I'm starting with a piece of 3"x6"x1/4" wall steel tube. Hopefully I will have that done by the end of the month.
