I managed to get my old rusty's transfer case skid plate to work with my long arm crossmember.

Cut this steel flat bar at work and used it as a washer on the top of the crossmember.

Disconnect old shocks, Flex out jeep, and measure distances then do 1" longer

I have access to a forklift so It should be easy to measure so I can order new shocks and get bump stops set up.

Was able to flex the jeep out and measure for new shocks. I disconnected the shocks and used my friends fork lift.

I did some comparison photos. The top is shocks connected and bottom is disconnected shocks.

So I did the DIY bar pin eliminator mod. Went to the junk yard and got stock rear sway bar mounts. Went to the hardware store and got new hardware. Turned out pretty good.

Wired some LED light strips in my jeep today. Used the factory light wiring so it turns on and off when the doors open or closed.

Went to the flats off road park over the weekend. Had a blast and was able to really test out the long arms and new bilstein 5100's.

Had to use the winch on 2 trails total while I was there. A rear locker will be the next upgrade.
