Haven't posted in a while, so here's a photo of the jeep. I currently need bump stops for the front, because my tires hit the fenders pretty good.

Haven't updated in a while. I've been busy with school and work. I installed a slip yoke eliminator and a tom woods double cardan rear driveshaft. Tom woods has great customer service and the driveshaft was extremely easy to order over the phone. I decided to finally install some long arms right after I installed the SYE. I went with the rough country upgrade kit. The kit was a great price and I've been wanting to upgrade to long arms for a while.

I've been having some driveline vibrations after installing the slip yoke eliminator. I calculated the right angle shims I need at work yesterday by measuring the driveshaft angle and the pinion angle, then subtracting the difference. It came out to 4 degrees. I ordered a pair of the rubicon express 4 degree shims today and hopefully they will be in before the weekend

Went to uwharrie national forest over the weekend. Tested out the new long arms and I was pretty satisfied with them. Major difference on and off road.

Well, UPS has lost my shims I ordered. I ordered them from 4wheelparts in Raleigh, NC and they were being shipped to Wilmington, NC. He said they would be here next day. The shims still haven't been delivered, even though the tracking page says they were delivered next day and put at the front door of my townhouse.. I've contacted UPS and I'm hoping they will refund me.

It's time to upgrade my rear bumper. I've been looking into spare tire carriers since I don't have a place to put my spare when I go camping or on long trips. Any suggestions?

Smittybilt rear bumper tire carrier is pretty sweet. 4 wheel parts has them for $749. Also has place for hi-lift and gas cans built in.

I fixed my broken fair lead at work the other day. I had bent the fair lead and lost the roller pin off road. I also welded the winch plate to my bumper.
