I started my build about a year and a half ago. Here's some old/new photos of my cherokee. I bought it with 142k. Plan was to put swap 4.10 geared axles out of a 4 cylinder cherokee.
Day I brought it home. Attachment 356297 Attachment 356298 Pulled the front axle out Attachment 356299 Springs, LCA's, and Trac-bar from my old xj (96') Attachment 356300 Heres the rear axle all painted and ready to install. With 4.10's. Attachment 356301 Attachment 356302 Dropped the old rear axle. (3.07 Gears) Attachment 356303 Luckily I did not break any shock bolts! Attachment 356304 New rear Chrysler 8.25 installed. I did cut the u-bolts down. Attachment 356305 I had East Coast Gear Supply regear the front D30 with 4.10's.. All Painted ready to put it. Trimmed the front fenders a little more.

how many inches of lift do you have?

looks like you got a lot of wheel wights on them rims/tires you should look into equal because those weights like to fall/break/get ripped off in the woods...also nice to see another 5-speed

Finished the Durango steering box swap. Brand new from Carquest. Along with a JCR spacer, and a M.O.R.E. brace. The steering is a lot more responsive and tighter.
