Nice! I don't know how tall your wife is, but it's fun watching my 5'3" wife climb up into mine with just the 3.5" lift and 33s lol

...otherwise anyone know the sizes off the top of their heads? M14x1.5x100?
turns out they're 120mm but the ones from the HW store don't have enough thread down the shank but luckily they only had 2 120's and 4 110's. The 120's will work for the shackles and the 110's look like they work great for the unibody attachment points. $50 for bolts and 2 new nuts but I'd rather be safe...got 10.9's too, which should be a bit stronger than the factory 9.8s.

Almost forgot that Feb = cold month, staying up late at nights to get'er dun...

^a pain but it works, air chisel works wonders on those bushing sleeves and bushings. Going to anti-seize the crap out of the new stuff.

Got the passenger side control arm mount cut off and painted, the passenger shock off and the passenger side bolts removed. Assuming I don't break the rear brake line we might be able to move it tonight.

Leaf spring goodness! No more crappy broken leafs(is it leafs or leaves for suspension?).

Almost got to the point of moving it last night, then the stupid rear brake line broke...Another long night in the garage tonight, supposed to drop from a high of 27F today down to 2F and stay there pretty much through the next 10 days. Wifey will probably want to park in the garage...along with me.

Also have to cut off the passenger side mount and fix the brake line too.

I'll actually be able to see the RUFFSTUFF logo on the rear diff, lol.

Couldn't not get a shot with the tires on!

Oh yeah turn off the under light to hide the mess...lol

Poke didn't look too bad when I put on the rear but it'll be interesting on the front...tubing bender might have to move up the list

Had a break in the weather Saturday!

Testing flex

bit o rub

Minor fender trimming needed, might even rub the bumper some at certain steering angles...we'll fix that maybe after it's not so cold out...and the fenders are trimmed...and I installed more bump stop...and fixed the rockers...lol

Surprising how easily it drove up it, even with the rear on ice. +1 for the locker

Got an alignment this morning and I was told pretty much everything was spot on except the front axle was almost 1.5" too far to the passenger side, with it pulled over it'll probably hit the exhaust now

Before alignment

Pretty close to the evap line but it should clear fine

Shock at full stuff

I'm not sure how much I trust having the bumpstops in the shocks as the only bump stops, so I'll probably grab some hockey pucks for the front(already drilled and tapped the coil buckets for 1/2-13) and a spring plate extension for the rear.

Hate to notice it but looks like you got some cancer on there! Nice flex by the way what size lift was that? I keep blanking out on folks builds so I tend to ask the same questions and I'm sorry if I did that to you too.

You know your vehicle is lightweight when you can flex on snow.

Haha, you know you have a Cherokee forum problem when... post #192 5.5" IRO 3 link

Yeah... I'm planning on trying to deal with some of the cancer come spring. Last spring, iirc, was when I found my drivers side floor rotted through and patched that up with a nice chunk from the stock front bumper. I've tried the Rustoleum rust reformer on the hatch and the rear quarters and I'm not impressed so I'll probably be getting some eastwood internal spray stuff and doing that fun stuff this spring.

That's all of the snow from the driveway from the season(201"+). I snow blow all of it to that side so it's very dense. Also we had a good warm spell so there is a nice thick layer of ice within the top foot. I'm tempted to try parking on it...for science....

Got the exhaust fixed up today and they even added a small flex section for me, hopefully the exhaust manifold appreciates it.

I've hit the fender a couple times while driving(full lock in a bumpy parking lot), the heat doesn't seem to be as strong as when I last flushed the heater core, and I'm pretty sure I need SRB's as the ride is staying quite bumpy. Looking briefly, the Ironman4x4 brackets seem the nicest: https://www.ironman4x4fab.com/produc...ets-bare-steel thoughts? Thinking about switching back to DDing the ZJ for the heat...lol Mi insurance sucks, I wish it wasn't so expensive I'd leave them both insured, at least the plate transfer is only $8...
