95 XJ Project "screamin"
I bought a 95 XJ Country sight unseen while in Kuwait for $600. Came home and drove it around and I'm Pretty impressed with what I got for that price. It does have alot of issues and will be a very slow expensive build (like most) But its going to make a nice daily driving project. Time to get this party started. (Central PA for anyone interested)
Current Issues of right now:
Ford wheels (WTF?)
Blower Motor not working
Hole in hood (someone used a torch to release the hood)
F'ed up front end
Sloppy Steering
Stock ride height
Minor fluid leaks
Rotted Exhaust
Possible cracked exhaust Manifold
...... and so on

$600, what a steal. Looks pretty good too. I like that color combo, same as mine.

I had AWESOME u-joints in the front axles. They rattled like a spray paint can. I bought new U-joints and hubs to make the ride a little less scarry but ran into a little snag. I couldnt for the life of me get the u-joints apart. I tried U-joint tool, ball peen hammer, BFH, no dice. So I went to Advanced to see what I could do to just get new axles and all they had were CV joint axles. I figure I prolly wont be doing any serious rock crawling or anything so I got them. They bolted right up and drive like a dream. I'm going to continue to try to repair these damn U-joints as a spare for when the cv joints fail but as of right now, I'm pretty happy with the swap. I also bought the grand cherokee steering parts and they will probably go on tomorrow. Then header back exhaust and new windshield. Anyone in PA have any wheels for sale.. I've been watching craigslist but .. nothin.
