Thanks! I actually bought this one with the lift already in it so so.e work was already done for me. I do plan on eventually swapping out the 3" puck and coil for a full 5.5" coil.
As far as the POR-15 goes I'm just gonna make sure I prep it good. If you use their metal prep it etches the metal so it will stick to new metal. And as far as the UV sensitive part goes they say to either use their topcoat or paint over it if its going to be exposed to sunlight.

Got my IRO steering box spacer in today, painted up the tie in plates for the bumper, and cleaned off the residue from the shipping label on the bumper itself.

Some flat black Rustoleum® enamel

Front bumper removed. Actually suprised at how easy it was.

Two quick doses of PB and about 60 seconds with my impact, and the original steering box spacer came out with no problems. Sweet!

Got the oil changed at work (which shut up the lifters) and swapped my CB from my other XJ to this one.

Went on some real basic trails with my parents in their Jeep (stock XJ) and found a little mud.

No still 31s. If I had some they'd be on my new one though. While they look cool, 35s are just too much for what I want to do, especially with 3:55s and stock axles. I really do like the grabbers though so if possible I'd like to get those, just smaller.
