Well I got the axle seal replaced...on the second try... We didnt set the seal in correctly the first time and I was unable to get it straightened out and damaged it in the process of trying. So we went back to the parts store, picked up another and bam it went right on in without issue.
Only thing that hung me up after that was my grand idea to repaint the diff cover. Did you know paint doesnt dry all that quick when it's 50 degrees out? After waiting an hour after the whole seal replacement was done, the diff was dry enough to handle lightly. Slapped it on and everything is still good today.

So for the past 2 weeks I've had the bad banging sound when accelerating heavily so today I did some digging. It didn't take more than 2 minutes to find the issue. Check out this motor mount... (follow link to video)

So now I know what I've got to order. But, this has to wait until after Christmas because I'm headed out of town tomorrow and will be gone til the 24th.

Well that's even better than a dent! Female butt-print
You can probably just grab a plunger though and pull it back out unless you like it there.
Say, why did you replace the mounts with OEMs? Lots of upgrade options out there... just curious.

Haha I've tried pulling the dent but with no luck. I replaced with OEM because those mounts were the factory ones from 92. Why spend $100 when I can spend 15 and last another 20 years? I don't plan on jumping my jeep or slamming on the throttle often so a factory mount works just fine for me.
