Came home and got right to work on my bumper.
My bro primered and painted it while I was at work.
Got my winch mounting holes drilled and my winch mounted after I mounted the bumper.
I absolutly love this thing

Man no love for the bumper or new front end?
Started setting up my gears last night. Got this pattern at 3 am and called it quits. Gonna have another stab at it tonight. I think I just need to shim the carrier away from the pinion a bit

Almost ready to go back under the jeep!

Setting those gears was by far the most difficult thing I have done on this jeep. But, well worth the effort to have a rig built by me and not someone else!

Had a horrible binding and grinding when turning.
Immediately pointed fingers at the locker.
Got myself a rebuild kit and got to work. Shimmed the drive gear gap and replaced the pins and springs.
Works perfect now

Got rid of my t case drop.
It pulled my motor rearward and every time I accelerated it would push the motor and ended up ripping the bushing lips off my brand new brown dog motor mounts.
Tim sent me a bushing 're build kit and I took off the t case drop. Motor is where it should be and I don't even have drive line vibes.

Did the Durango steering box upgrade. So far it feels good.
Quicker lock to lock turning. Feels like it can turn the 35s better
