keep up the good work how did you fix the header issues im starting to look into different header options for mine 3 oem manifolds and 2 aftermarket ones have broke on mine thinking the split design might be better.

You shouldnt go through that many...lol
And yeah I lossened the down pipe, pulled them over, and tightened em down.
Gave me half an inch of wiggle room

yeah got custom mounts that are still good. I dont know if its cause my exhuast only has two mounts or the hot cold jeep runs a tad hot.

Got the new 30 sanded primered painted and put together.
Gonna run 80w-140 in the diff.
Hopefully should be on by tomorrow.
My winch bumper finally shipped!!! Tracking says it will be here tomorrow!
Also had th buy this, the jeep gets horrible gas milage so this is the new DD. Gets over 120mpg!

Lol I know I freaked out when I got the email from PayPal that it shipped! I'm gonna put a hoop on it with a flat top to hold my 24" led bar.

So the bumper never came. I guess he just sent the shipping label and he hasn't told them to pick the bumper up. Idk why FedEx gave me an estimated delivery date if they diddnt have the package yet...lol

So I got the pinion gear all put together and in there. Set the bearing preload on the pinion. Got it at like 16 pounds per inch. Diddnt take much tightening of the pinion nut to do that.
Then I moved to the carrier.
Got the bearing off the long side just the bearing race won't come off the short side/carrier side. I need to heat it I think.
That's where I stopped for the night.
Pick back up tomorow night probably. My winch bumper is in ft worth and will be out for delivery tomorrow!

I'm at work all day and brother just sent me this! I can't believe I waited 6 months for it and won't be home until 10pm!!! Ughhhhhhh!!! Hahha I'm glad it came though
