Bled the calipers on the 8.8 and drove it for the first time in 3 days! It felt good, no vibes from the rear end.
Stopping defiantly feels better than before with the disks now as well

Well my d30 is bent a bit. I think the c's. I can find a hp 30 around here for 60$ so ima do that soon. Probably do the wj knuckle conversion when I'm cleaning up the new d30 as well. Done quite a bit of research on it already. A couple questions though.
Will my brand new iron rock Doubleshear track bar still work relocated over the axle?
Also, what steering options are good for this swap. I would want something I could order and not have to have someone fab up like most others have done with this swap.
Other than that the xj's doin me good right now. Still waiting on the l&l winch bumper. Been 9&1/2 weeks lol

No, the track bar won't work, it's probably going to be too long.
Custom steering is the best bet. Clayton makes the whole kit you need, and you definitely pay for it.

So here's the story(short version) TONS of oil in my intake manifold. Clean ccv lines so I know that's not why. Did compression test..all rings are shot beyond belief and #2 cylinder is at 30 psi...
So a remanufactured engine will be going in soon, I'm doing the work so it won't cost an arm and a leg. At the same time I'm finally doing my brown dog motor mounts and pacesetter headers
