Spent all weekend grinding and getting all the cleaning finished its the boring part of the build hopefully have some real updates soon. Also need to find a d60 carrier mine is no good center pin has wobbled the hole in the carrier out.

Also Saturday got my friend out to fab up the rear frame rails
figuring out our first cut to get 30° bend
doing a test fit
Both rails in for testing
Pulled out for final welding and ground down
all welded and done
Slid in


There not welded in yet did a 12 hour day in the shop ran out of steam lol these slid a foot into the existing frame and will be welded to that along with to the frame stiffeners and floor. The rear cross bar is the base for my bumper will be added onto down the road.

Guess i have not updated this in awhile lol jeep still isn't done but its getting closer. Just to catch up here is a few pics. The start of the new tubs and quarter armor

Here is the front y link i built using 2in .250 wall stock with 1.25 heims 

All bolted in the jeep doing some testing making sure it all moves right
how it sits at ride height ( little lower now) 
Sitting on all 4 tires again its got a little stretch lol
