thanks for the links, def going to set up the alt for my jeep, im running quite a few lights. as for the welding, i was working a union sheetmetal sign job here in vegas so im good with the welder...more or less the money to buy a good welder. i know as soon as i get one ill never want to leave the garage :P

After awhile you get tired of building everything and just wanna buy it. Unfortunatley i cant buy ANYTHING (wifey) so i have to build everything. A welder saves you a ton of money in the long runs so i would definatley try to save up and get one

 

Thats why you keep a little secret bank account of your own just for the xj what she doesn't know can't hurt her lol

 

she actually pays attention to my jeep. so new stuff gets noticed fairly quickly. she is the actual owner of it and she drives around my lincoln ls

ive only been into jeeps for about a year. ive been with her for 4 years married for 1. weve had the jeep for a year maybe a hair more. I have of problem of once i get into stuff i go a little off the deep end with it. She has drove the jeep 3 times ever

 

how i can understand you... i initially bought the jeep for my mother, because of the terrible road conditions we have but she never drove it though..

 

she drives the lincoln ls (mine) 300hp and rear wheel drive. not the best winter car. So i was looking into small suvs that could be lifted cheaply. i researched for about 4 months and decided on a cherokee. I have had about 14 since i bought this one, for parts and for selling. it is now my baby and if i got paid per hour for time io have in this jeep i would be a rich man. I now know enough about them i do alot of service work, lifting, custom parts for them for extra cash to fund mine

 

been awhile since i have got to build anything.

hopefully in about 2 weeks ill get back to it
