Move up to a 44 then. Any axle you find though will not bolt right in to the front except a rubicon 44. And the rubicon 44 is nothing but a glorified dana 30/44 hybrid.

I am not worried about bolt in cause of the link system I am going to build. More with drive shaft I know they can be costly to have made or get aftermarket

I have a guy locally that will modify a driveline for under 100 bucks. Balanced and everything. I see you plan on doing highway driving, but not in 4 wheel drive right? With a 44 you have hubs. Build your own driveline, dont worry about it being perfectly balanced, and just unlock the hubs when on the road. No expensive driveshaft.
The 44 uses the same size yoke as a d30 (1310 u joint). You most likely wont need to modify the driveline. The rear one will need to be because I hope you are planning an SYE. Unless you get lucky and a front driveline will work in the rear without modification.

I saw in your first post that you are planning 35s. You can easily fit them on a 6" lift with medium fender trimming and bump stopping. By the looks of the picture you posted, 6" on 35s looks to be about the stance you are looking for.

What Im building is a waggy width HP44. Plenty strong. There is ALOT of threads full of tech on this subject. Here is a build thread that will help get you started.

I am planning to run 35 with custom fenders front and rear Seems 35 is a good size. Should I plan on beefing up the axles. I was hoping to just rebuild with the right ring gear and that is it.

You can get away with a 30 on 35s for a while. You will just need to learn and respect its weaknesses. Lol. I just wouldn't start dumping a bunch of money into it once it breaks. Not worth it.
