Sick build man. I have the same XJ just a 2000. Identical roof rack. I'm only on 31''s and a 3inch lift. Really wanna do the cut and fold. I've don't the cut and fold to the rear fenders and trimmed the front. Check out my build if you want. Not as good as yours. Love the XJ man

Thanks. Today I fixed my ac blower fan. I thought I needed a new one it was squealing so was looking at how it mounted and found some foil back insulation hanging and getting sucked in. Lol pair of long needle nose pliers and done.

Nice! I wish all fixes were that easy on the jeep.
My Chevy makes that sound when cold air is blowing through the fan. I wonder if it has the same issue...

Default Fender Trimming and Wheel Well Trim

Trimmed fenders and added fender edge trim as recommended the 5/8 Protetko trim.

Default Rear bump stops

Got new cooling system installed. Had to do water pump twice I screwed up gasket. Made rear bump stops.

Default Gears Lockers

Got my gears 4.56 and ARB lockers chromoly front 30 spline shafts installed. Came home and installed speedo gear.
