Default Radiator and Head

Update I cracked my head in the typical place between 3 and 4. Ordered new one from Clearwater cylinder heads. Got that going i was still having what i call heat creep on the freeway. My 1 year old CSF radiator from Radiator barn started to leak. Couldn't find radiator barn anymore for warranty. Got Autozone $105 dollar radiator new Autozone 180 thermostat drilled hole in it now this thing is running where it it supposed to and the electric fan doesn't come on on the freeway anymore.

Yeah it's common to drill hole to get the air bubbles out when you fill system so I've read on internet. Whatever I did it's working and running where I think it should close to one notch down from straight up.

Default Update

Update no photos sorry. After two full years beating the heck out of it and having fun I had cracked upper track bar bracket that's wher all the popping noise was from both track bar bushing were bad two bent lower control arms bad driver side wheel bearing and my Dana 30 is slightly bent has a smile to it. The arms and bracket were warri tied by BDS they do stand behind their products. You have to pay shipping and labor. I also welded the track bar bracket to frame this time to keep it from popping and making noise. Have put almost 20 k miles on it since the lift.

That's where the popping was coming from with 35 tires the bolts would not stay tight on bracket it's only stitched weld so a grinder can get off when needed. I wheel it pretty hard and go over every large Rock I can find

Although I'm a trader just purchased a brand new JK 6 Weeks ago the new build starts all over. Currently my daughter is driving XJ and when my son gets his license in a year he will drive it.
