Default 2001 silver XJ

After a year of searching and a bad car accident to push me to finally buy a jeep I finally have. I bought myself a 2001 silver jeep cherokee with 323xxx km runs decently needs a few things but nothing that I can't handle.

So here begins build thread of my 2001 silver XJ:

Here she is the day that I bought her:

Body is in great condition and near new tires.

After buying it came time to fix all the little things wrong with my new obssesion. First the BRAKES!!! They where making a horrible metal on metal sound here's why:

That is what's left of the pad so after getting the parts I needed here's what the look like now:

Soooooo shiny.....too bad it won't stay that way.....don't mind the brake fluid on the ground this is sort of a learn as I go type of build and....I forgot to put a washer on thought I broke the line but now I know for next time lol.

And here's how she sit ATM after being washed:

Next on the list of repairs is to fix the most annoying whistle I've ever heard that weirdly goes away when I give it gas but comes back when I let go I suspect a vacum leak just need to find it but to be safe I'm replacing the intake manifold gasket and the valve cover gasket, while I'm there I'll do spark plugs and wires as well as clean the throttle body.

That's it for now ill post more when I can.
