how did you go about mounting the lights in the grill? I like it also awesome bumper

 

Not a lot of new stuff to report for 2014. Got a few new things happening in 2015

Yup....

 

Installed some HD no lift shackle relocation brackets:


It made the rear end sit down about 1.5"

Also received the NWFabWorks D300 reverse cable shifter. Ill start tearing into that project tomorrow:

 

As I was cleaning up the garage after installing the HD shackle brackets I stumbled over my hi-lift. I knew I wasn't going to put my rear bumper back so I got an idea. I used my stock bumper mounts to mount the hi-lift.

Step 1 flip bumper mounts.

The stock studs are about an inch short. The nut goes on but only about 4 spins. I put some longer bolts in with some twist locks

Pretty sure I know where those apartments are at lol... Jeep looks great! Can't believe I haven't seen it around even once

 

I live out in Palmer. and the jeep has lived in my garage for the last year or so

 

Lol I know how that is!! The truggy I built sat in the driveway for quite awhile after blowing the trans before I bought the heep..

 

That's slick! Never seen such a good use of those mounts...

 

did you have to cut the shackle box to mount those HD mounts?

 

Yes, Here's what was left of them:

 

Still thinking about making my own. But if I decide to venture from that idea, then the HD set is what I'll be ordering.
