i had to replace the header panel, front bumper and fender. Mikefrost here off the forum hooked me up with a header panel that was already the same color of my xj. thanks frosty, im coming to get that door soon LOL
so heres what she looked like after i flattened out that fender and replaced the bumper and header panel.
i decided to go full black out theme, used vht nite shades on all the orange plastic on the jeep, also painted the bumper and grill black. looks a lot better than all smashed up.

so i got the tailbone painted and installed and i have some stuff to say about it.
First off, mark from detours was nothing but helpful and is a great guy to work with, the tailbone took about 7 weeks to get to my doorstep. i painted it and went to install it. great sturdy product, feels good, welds are nice, the thing is solid. however i had so many alignment issues it wasnt even funny, to this day i wouldnt use it as a recovery point because i was unable to get two support bolts in through the frame due to nuts welded on the back of the rear crossmember not lining up. install was a pain in tha **** but id say it looks good on the back of candace. and this is what duplicolor bedliner overspray does to bare feet LOL

Ive been contemplating doing the cut n fold on my rear quarters but i have the tailbone wich means ugly open ended rear bumper. Unless theres some way to close off the bumper and bring it up to the cut n fold, i dont see a clean way of going about it...i posted about trying to trade the tailbone for a cut n fold style rear bumper, well see how it goes. Any ideas?

Your does look pretty good. I think the newer style bumpers are bigger though, and im pretty sure the tailbone makes mine stick out another half inch or so...idk, i really like the cut n fold rear bumpers. Maybe im being too ****.
