So ive owned this jeep for a year and a half, i finally got my lift so im ready to start my thread.
Heres my jeep the day i bought it. 2000 cherokee sport with chrysler rear end, 242 transfer case.
barely a scratch on it, perfect interior, 104,000 miles. i am the third owner.

so a month or so after the motor issue, this happened.insurance took care of me, but it was my fault,i was lookin at a MILF instead of the haulting corolla in front of me. 2400 in damge but they repainted my hood which didnt even get a scratch. NICE!!!!!!Attachment 134081

THHHEEEEEENNNNNNNNN....idk what was wrong with the damn thing but it wouldnt start every now and then. one night, i THOUGHT she needed a jump so i popped the hood, then for some reason tried to start her before i jumped it and she started, i was in a hurry and drove off without fully latching it, hit 40 mph and the hood flew up, bent around the roof and was just done haha so i hit the jy and got a new one very very close in color but not quite. hahaha wtf my luck with this little baby is just ****, and the combo of me being an idiot lol:oops::oops::oops::oops:

Everything finally has been going smooth in the past 7 months or so but heres some of the rust finds and fixes i did.

Ive never done any rust removal or body repair, nor am i that handy, but id say it turned out all right. its been about 6 months since i did this and paint matched it, and the rust is nowhere in sight. time will tell.

surprisingly my floors and under body barely have any rust, i have pics of that coming soon. nut all of my seat brackets were rusted like this...

and looked like this after bare metal sanding and rust prevention krylon primer and paint. i went ahead and sanded most everything pretty well and gave it a good coat of the Krylon "rust tough" primer in paint.

Went to my buddies house who lives on a golf course and he has some tiny little week trails but i got some poser shots nonetheless.

sway bars still attached, flexes good for an old saggy tit lady

Scored a set of 5 Rubi Moabs off craigslist with 5 goodyear wrangler mt/r's 245/75/r16 with about 30% tread on em for $320 had them in the garage for like 4 months thinking they wouldnt fit, decided to throw em on and they fit!

Ordering my lift later this week so i decided to go ahead and remove that ugly sunfaded door trim.
The dent here is from someone's foot, obviously too scared to do it to me, but i heard through the grape vine it was a foot.

lift came in friday evening. 3" RC w/full packs, perf. 2.0 shocks, blue boots, and rough country perf, 2.0 steering stabilizer. Pretty pumped to do the install. My dad is supposed to help but well see how long it takes for him to actually own up to his word. so until the lift install itll be slow around these parts. heres the eye candy
