For the other things I have been buying, I really don't have a complete list of where I buy things. Most of the time I research what I want and when something goes on sale then I buy it. The Engel fridges were running a 40% discount and someone on a FB group I follow posted the link. It was direct from Engel so I pulled the trigger on that. Otherwise I will shop around online comparing vendors until I find the deal I want. None of this stuff to me is an urgent need so I am patient enough to find the deals.

Whoops, just sorta answered this in the post above. I bought the fridge from Engel.com actually. They had a crazy good sale at 40% off. Maybe try doing a search online and see if something still exists. I don't know how long it lasted but it was kind of hard to find just from Engel's website. The link that someone posted was not advertised very well on their page which I thought was odd.

Picked up some super old school Champion Beadlocks. Yay. I was not really planning to go the beadlock route because of the routine required maintenance to run them, but I got a good deal on these. The other reason is because right after I put on my new BFG KO2's, there was still some wheel shake. Had the jeep up on 4 jackstands to track down a driveline vibration, and also found out that basically all 4 of my super expensive ($80/wheel) steelies were basically not round.
So it was just good timing on these bad boys. They sure aren't the prettiest but I'm going to fully restore them.
Rings are actually in decent shape. I will be refinishing and painting the rings black.

Pealing on the aluminum
Lol here's the original hardware it came with. I'm buying all new Grade 8 because this is just ridiculous and not even sure how these would even ever be used again. 120 in all :-/
Here is the color combo I'm going with. Most people aren't a fan of the bronze, but my jeep is all blacked out so this will add some dimension to her! Going to take a while to clean up these beadlocks so it might be a while.
Oh yeah and I got some MaxTrax. My wife's company gives her $250 a year to spend on emergency preparedness equipment. Apparently these qualified haha
Really love those wheels, I'd polish the beadlock ring and paint the center part, because the polished surface gets dull with time, especially if you go wheeling pretty often.

Went on a little trip this past weekend
I don't have the rain flies propped open or the awning room zipped up but you get the point. This was a local trip just to test out the gear and mark down what I may need for my longer trips coming up.

Took a few weeks off the build to figure out a few things. I think it's time to upgrade my wiring under the hood and install a higher output alternator. My alt has been slowly dying over the years and it's becoming more noticeable nowadays. My IBS system automatically links to my aux battery only after a few hours of the jeep being turned off. This is the 3rd battery I've had under warranty so I'm leaning towards the alt not charging that well. Upon startup the jeep has very low voltage even after sitting in my garage for like 1 day with nothing turned on.
I've seen a few different ideas for alternator like grand Cherokees or mean green. Anyone have some advice for me before I go this route?
PS--the beadlocks will be refinished and installed within the next week or two. Pix to come!

I actually do have A/C. When I bought the jeep it was just on its way out but had since fixed it because what's the point of an overlander with no A/C! I did find out that there is a Durango alternator from the V8 motor that will fit and upgrade the amperage. Requires some drilling of the factory alternator bracket, but from what I can tell it isn't terribly hard to do. I'll post some more specific links or part numbers soonish.
