Oh you said all over, not a lil over lol. Well it sounds lke the miss is what's making the vac jump around.

Ignition components as in the coil packs? Or deeper? I replaced the plugs already with oem champions

Yeah it will jump between 10 and 20 back and forth only while warming up.. Weird.

cap, rotor, wires, and coil. (i just replaced them all. lol). tried plugs first and that did nothing.

Ahh see i have a distributor less ignition. 00-01 are coil on plug

Lol its Ok. I'm going to do some testing before I replace them. They don't usually go bad that often I didn't think but then again for all I know they might be the originals.
