It was suggested to put dual steering stabilizers. Any opinion?

Useless. It'll just mask the problem (if that). Stabilizers are just band aids. Technically you should be able to have no wobble even without a single stabilizer.

Oh. So its definitely the lift that gave you wobble. (Or made it appearing anyhow)

What speed does it start at? Does bit feel like its coming from your front suspension? It could also be your drive line angle in the rear.

It showed up after the lift yes. It been starting around 50 mph. It feels like it's coming from the front. My steering wheel just starts shaking like crazy

Oh yea that's Death Wobble...

To go back over it...

Tires aren't it, they didn't wobble before lift.
Its been aligned by a shop
New ZJ tie rod and tre
New drag link
New stabilizer
lca hole fixed
Aftermarket adjustable track bar, axle centered
Front DS removed no change

(Let me know if anything's wrong or i missed it)

Are you sway bar links quick discos? Either way, try disconnecting it see if there are any changes.

Maybe take it back to where you had the alignment done tell them it needs redone.

Check all the bushings again, upper control arms both aides, lower control arms.

Also maybe rotate the tires, make sure one of em didn't just lose a weight or something.
