Thanks! No write up, but it's pretty straight forward. Just cut down the leafs out of the second pack and alternate them in with the other pack. The only one you won't double up on is the bottom leaf. In the end you'll have a nice seven leaf pack that works awesome.
You should be ok with your stockers depending on your lift height. The only thing you'll rub on will be the lower control arms and only when you have the wheel turned hard.

Thanks man So I use the xj main leaf or Dakota? Also are the Dakota packs better then s10 packs?

I used XJ/XJ packs. I bought a set of Dakota leafs, but they looked so dang thick and I wanted to stick with a flexier pack. That's why I went the way I did. You can expect 3" of lift out of them if you decided to go that route.

Depends on the arch and condition of the springs though and how many of the leafs. I just did a bastard with a upcountry leaf pack and stock and just adding the stock main leaf to my upcountry I got 2" lift. Plan to add the second leaf to it also later to get about .5"-1" of lift

All the leafs you mention are going to be more stiff than using original xj packs to build a bastard pack. I posted a thread on naxja a while ago with all the specs of the different leaf packs off of s10 and Dakota's, and one of the Dakota packs(5leafs and 2wd, from a early 90' I believe) was close but still had a way higher spring rate and weight capacity. Use a decent xj pack and if possible one from a upcountry package jeep. Use a shackle relocator, bastard pack and what ever shackle to make up the rest of the lift you need

One should.. but to find a good condition leaf pack........ Kinda hard when the newest leaf packs are 13 years old lol I've noticed though that the upcountry leafs tend to fair better than their stock counterparts
