Here are some pics of the cage. Tried the new bumper last night and it looks sick. Ran out of daylight, but should have it on in the next few days.

Thanks man!
They all do. They're clocked different than an XJ though, so you'd be better off pulling one from another Cherokee. The only thing I needed from the YJ case was the input gear, it's specific to only a couple of years and not that easy to find.

Put the bumper I picked up on today. When I got it, the hitch receiver stuck out pretty far, so I cut it flush and drilled it. I also had to trim the inserts under the tail lights since this was originally on a 97-01.

I also picked up a DirtBound Offroad Mojave DIY bumper kit. The price was so good with their Black Friday sale that I couldn't pass it up. So I probably won't have this bumper on for too long.

UPS dropped off a little present for the '86...

Hmmmm.... wonder what it could be

Oh yeah, my SYE from JB Conversions!

As you can see, everything was well packaged.

Their exclusive high clearance yoke.

Snap rings, bushings, nuts, etc.

The housing and speedo gear.

Main shaft, talk about beef!

I just need one more piece for my wide chain setup and I can finish building my 231!
Gotta end with a pic of the old girl out in the snow.
