installed stabilizer and put 32s on... trying to find some gearing now or a cheap locker for the front and rear and ideas?

Find someone selling a cheap lunch box locker used. Then buy a spring and pin kit for 15 bucks and you've got a new locker.

found one at a junk yard paid 20$ for it.. gonna look it over and make sure everythings in good order.. but now i have some tow hooks i want to hook to the front without cutting off the stock bumper... where would i attach them at?
