Default "custom rockers"

I don't have any photos of what the rockers looked like before but it doesn't rally matter because they were non existent, looking through the forums I found a guy who made his own box rockers and I liked the idea so I went a head and made a set of my own. They only issue I encountered was trying to line them up and weld them on at the same time

pretty much just a steel block tube cut and then welded back together so there is a place to weld it to the frame

Pretty darn good for $1 initial investment. Got to respect that. Enjoy!

Default The Lift

So after driving my jeep for a about a year and doing the standard highschooler upgrades.... radio, subwoofers, lights, interior, etc I decided to invest in a lift kit and decided for a Rough Country 4.5" lift with Goodyear Durtrac 31" tires with Daytona steel wheels

The before photo

Spent around 5 hours attempting to pull out upper and lower control arms and ended up just torching everything out because of NY rust

Halfway through and its starting to take shape

Everything that was pulled out

It's a thing of beauty, the only hiccup was removing the leaf springs because all 4 bolts were frozen and we ended up just cutting the leaf springs in half and just using a cut off wheel to cut through the bushing and reach the the bolt to free it, overall it was good fun

I just didn't have the money and I'm still using it as my daily driver, I'm planning on getting 35" sooner or later though

indeed.

I daily drive my jeep on 35's, but The axles were geared accordingly though. So the wallet won't have to suffer
