Nice rig, but if you do any wheeling, you're going to smash the back-up lights.

That is why I want to put mine in the rear hatch. I'm going to cut & box in some places for lights in the rear hatch so they are out of the way. Also you might want to think about getting rid of that HUGE lift block and going with a bigger shackle or leaf pack to make the lift back up. I saw a guy with big blocks the other day on the side of the road with his rear axle under the center of his truck from were they broke and then the u-bolts snapped and BAM! axle in the middle. Good looking XJ's though, they would look even better with some Tube Doors

so shakles are better than big bad blocks???
trust me i dont know the deference between shakles & blocks.
And i have a pair of shakles i dont use.

most don't like blocks cause they can cause more spring wrap then the shackles will not so that is why they are preferred to blocks and you can get about 2 inches of lift from the shackles so it wont change much

yeah i use those one to and the nice thing is you have two holes to use so if the last is to high use the next down and it will drop you about an inch and i am thinking if you drill the center up top between the sides that it would be a good area to put the grease fitting
