This makes me think the project is dead.
Hearing all this has given me tons of ideas for the park. and now the loacation is on for the park. Years from now i plan to have it up and running. I am location hunting as the land i have will not work. Also the looking for the finances.
As for you xj740, there are a couple here in ohio that are decent enough.

I can understand how it can take so long. Lots of work just to plan it.
I have some property in Lyerly, GA and am planning an offroad area.
Holes, obstacles, rocks and trails. I thinking of using about 6 acres.
Still in the planning stage since I other priorities to get done first, living quarters, grass mowing and work on the present trails, (invites will be posted for any help when I need it).
It will be free, but an invite to ride only, (donations may be accepted on the QT), and of course a waiver will be required.
And of course this economy has slowed the work down too.
