I really like the tube extensions that protect the cut and fold area. I was thinking about having a quarter inch plate added to mine to do basically the same thing. Even though the cut and fold increased the clearance I have still come off of rocks and landed on it. Nice looking bumper. Are you bolting it in place using the gas tank skid plate mounting bolts?

Hey yall. I don't have a Jeep yet but now that my Cobra sold I'm starting to look toward my next project and have taken a liking to the XJ. I'm down in Chesapeake, VA. Just saying hey.
Thanks dude. I'm happy with it. Lots of things I would do differently if I did it over, but I'm happy with building it on a concrete floor and gravel driveway. Haha
