Looking for a good buy on bumpers would rather buy one per made don't have the time to weld. I am open, requirements are receiver front and be able to add a tire rack on the back later on. Please send a link or pic

Definitely going to look into this, I had looked at buying new brake lines and that looked about $90

Check out L & L Fabrication. They are in the vendor section. He doesn't do tire carriers, but I'm sure you could build a carrier off of it. He does take a couple months though I don't know how fast you need 'em. Otherwise I'd recommend JCR Offroad.

It's the KOR bumper with tire carrier and it also comes with a receiver built into it and another $60 to have them install D-ring mounts. I figured I'd use a hitch insert for the D ring so i didn't bother getting them. Took almost 5 weeks for delivery and then I had a local place powder coat it. The cost was a little over $800 shipped and then another $200 to get it powder coated. The problem is that the offset tire causes my rear passenger suspension to sag a little more so I ordered some add a leafs which will be installed this weekend. The bumper is heavy, I think like 100lbs with carrier maybe more and then another 100lbs for my spare. The design is rock solid, uses the standard bumper mounting location and the where you would mount you receiver hitch so 12 bolts total and absolutely no flex.

Thanks, but its 28 spline, plus I coulda sworn that the mustang 8.8s are too narrow. Im aiming for a 96-01 explorer disc brake 31 spline axle.

Slightly narrower and splines can always be changed with new shafts.
There are quite a few 96-01 Explorers at the PnP right now I know that.
