I'm going to do some research, seems like you Just cut the bottom or the mount off so the pin is left to slide into the body mount. I'd need a few pllugs though

What's wrong with the manifold (exhaust or intake)?

So my plans changed once again. After road tripping in the jeep last weekend I decieded that I wanted the truck to be a little more highway friendly than 35s and 4.88s. Going to polish up a hp30 front but stick with the 8.8 rear with 4.56s and 33s.

Picked up the hp30 today, time to tear it down and build it up

I love seeing the lifted XJ's around here, down in Florida everyone had them, up here it doesn't seem so common, it's a nice change.
Looking to do some serious work to the new 2-Door XJ. If anyone is interested in helping out with a Chop Top and a lift install around the end of May/early June, or at least wants to drink and watch. It'll be happening in a neighborhood near you.

*Cough* *Cough* anyone have a welder? Tube Bender? lol

Not sure if any of you all Knew Joe DeRose. ANyway he passed about a week ago. Joe was an avid wheeler, great friend and an awesome farther. Well MPJAI is having a Meetup on Saturday April 20 so we can honor his memory as well as take a pic of all his friends to send to his family.

The met up is taking place at Dunkin Doughnuts on jefferson Ave in newport news. It is at 10am. it would great to see some cherokee forum guys there if you knew him.

He belonged to just about every club in the tidewater Area.

Thanks
Pat

I had heard some whispers of something about him but never heard what exactly happened. My prayers are for his family now.

I heard he passed, just don't know the details, nor do I need to. Prayers for his family. I know HRJC is doing something as well - I think it's the same as MPJAI's.

Sorry to hear about Joe, I didn't know him, but clearly he was a great guy.

As soon as I get all the parts together, probably mid next month if I play my cards right...just have to get it ordered and search the Junkyards.
Have you been out to the Pick N Pull by VA Beach? That seems to be the only PNP around, I'm up in Hampton but always willing to make the drive if I have an excuse to hit the beach...
