Yeah, I've heard that those can be used also. 3" and 31s will get you through and over quite a bit of stuff in an XJ

Could get you like 3" for $300 or so

Nope, he's a buddy of mine who knows quite a few officers on the force from what I've heard. Didn't know if you were one of them so I figured I'd ask

Haha, ironic. I just got arrested for BS stuff last week and got to spend 4 hours in the hell-hole that is richmond city lock-up. I've seen port-a-potties that were more sanitary. We can have a wrenching party on RPD's XJ. the cop, bondsman and "criminal" Non of that is meant to be offensive. Just joking around here.

I'm always up for a good wrenching party! I'm actually throwing a lift on my XJ on Monday or Tuesday. Just 2", nothing worth writing home about. If you happen to get pinched again gimme a call....I'll come pull you out. I'm on the list at lock up (Custom Bail Bonds or Richmond Release Bonding).

We should seriously get together and do some wrenching. My issue is that when I buy parts I want to put them on NOW! lol. I'm not going to get pinched again, and I'm gonna do everything I can to avoid having a record. Spending 4 hours in lock-up was more than enough to convince me to make sure I get away from people who might end up causing me to be in legal trouble.

Honestly, my rig is a one thing at a time deal. I'd like to build a D44 rear and D30 or D44 front and then swap them both in one weekend. that and I'm definitely going up to 33s for my next set of tires and will have a spare rear axle on hand for when I finally blow up the D35 in the rear...or I might baby it long enough to build a locked 44 for the rear and just swap gears into the D30 front to match it. Who knows. Plans with my rig never happen quite like I'd imagine them to

Actually no, thats not what I was in for. It just ended up being 4 hours because the bondsman took forever to get there. there was a VCU chick who was completely trashed and was either passed out or screaming the whole time, It was friggen hilarious.

Eh, it sorta is what it is. I have my arraignment tomorrow and then we'll see how things go from there.
