It seems like there aren't many people on here from Virginia, so I figured I'd just see who lives in or near RVA(within 2 hours or so)

I know you're allowed to go wheelin in George Washington National Park. A buddy of mine has gone with a group from VA4x4. I'd like to plan a trip up there.

I don't live in Chester, I actually live in the City. But you know where RT10 and Jeff Davis intersect? My church is right near there and my boss lives up off Chester Rd.
