I don't think a shroud will fix your over heating problem.

you would be surprised how much having a fan shroud helps pull the air through the radiator, it actually did fix it now running 190 all day long ready for rausch creek in two weeks now!

Here are a few places you can check out in Dinwiddie. Not sure if you can still get into all of them but it is worth checking out. Plug these into Google Earth.
