Default stokes park in NJ april 15

What up fellas. A couple of us from NYC jeep club are gonna head to jersey april 15th to play around in stokes park. Its a legal spot to wheel and its only about 80 min out. Anyone interested just post up and as we get close we will figure out a meet spot and time

Where is this in NJ? I'm all the way in Point Pleasant, but would make a run over there, if it is worth it.

Stokes is in Sussex county. It is a nice place to get off the pavement and hit the trail but there is nothing there that you need 4wd for. I could run all the fire trails with a Honda civic. Any thing else is out of bounds and your breaking the law, and from what I here the rangers are cracking down for anyone who decides to go off trail and destroy the surrounding wooded areas. So please if you do go to Stokes for anyone, stick to the marked trails so as not to ruin the little bit of fun we have to play in the dirt in NJ.

if its some DEC access trails for MTBers or fisherman, PLEASE dont go ripping through there, just bc its a dirt road doesnt mean you can go to town and go wheelin everywhere. do you have a link for this place?
