The beach I'm talking about is near Charlestown. You need a permit, good tires, and 4WD. I believe access is through private land hence the permit.

havent looked into it in a while, but there used to be a page with all the info on how to obtain the permit with a form to fill out and everything. maybe someone with more time can dig it up.
